Available for ‘Pay as you Go’ members, this offer gives the same access to facilities as above. It does not provide access to our TrustFit 8 week tailored workout, or ExpressTrain services.

Available for ‘Pay as you Go’ members, this offer gives the same access to facilities as above but during our Off Peak hours, these are before 5pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. It does not provide access to our TrustFit 8 week tailored workout, or ExpressTrain services.

A great offer for active teenagers to get unlimited access to our fitness facilities. Available for any time use at our Centres in Cwmbran Stadium and Pontypool ALC. This offer includes an ExpressTrain for 12-15 year olds. (During this session only cardiovascular equipment can be used and all participants must first have an Induction before using the machines)
