LEARN ABOUT…WORKING OUT AT THE GYM

Hitting the gym is easy at LiveWire – with our friendly team of trainers and welcoming atmosphere. However it can be hard to know where to start, especially with things like weight training. We’re going back to basics with a series of sessions aimed at helping you learn more about working out with weights and how to achieve results without spending hours in the gym at a time.

LEARN ABOUT…GROUP EXERCISE

If you are new to group exercise classes, or perhaps are wanting to try out a new class for the first time, we understand it can be a bit daunting, especially for classes that involve equipment like Body Pump or Group Cycle. Many people mistakenly feel they need to get fit BEFORE they join a class. However group exercise a great place to start – with a friendly instructor on hand to provide structured/guided session, and the ability to take things at YOUR own pace. And if you’re a class regular, mixing it up and trying a new class is a great way to revitalise your fitness journey and find fresh motivation.
